Launched in 2019, AI Cargo Foundation, with its start-up studio, facilitates the relevant use of big data and artificial intelligence technologies for the freight transport sector.


Its dynamic environment brings together in open innovation large member companies of the Hub France IA (La Poste, SNCF, L'Oréal, etc.), 6 French start-ups, industry associations and the Ministry of Ecological Transition.


The main challenge associated with this job is to propel with us a Digital Workplace with revolutionary, ready-to-use content with the priority of facilitating, on a large scale, the energy transition and energy efficiency of supply chains transportation.


You will join a stimulating environment and a human-sized team that coordinates the use of the technical infrastructure, the content and its distribution.

As part of the acceleration of our development, we are looking for a Digital Marketing and Communication intern, ready to take up our ambitious Marketing & Communication challenge with us! A challenge with a lot of responsibilities and a 360° vision of the Marketing and Communication professions, in a booming startup environment!


In other words, you will be required, under the supervision of your tutor and/or your manager, to:

  • Contribute to the development of an external and internal marketing & communication strategy

  • Contribute to developing a strategy for creating and distributing content on different channels.

  • Animate internal and external Community management / Social media: monitoring indicators and showing imagination to animate our communities

  • Create marketing content and communication media (visuals, infographics, articles, videos, slides, etc.) according to an editorial calendar

  • Co-manage our events (concept, organization, invitations, etc.) our presence at online events (Demonstrations, Webinars) and face-to-face (Trade shows)

  • Create POS tools with simple market tools: brochures, professional graphics, banners, t-shirts...

  • Participate in the structuring of response documents to calls for projects

  • Participate in the management of the website

  • Manage customer and prospect newsletters and the distribution of external content / Social media

  • Emailing: Set up customer and prospect acquisition campaigns

  • Analyze our performance: weekly reporting to be able to measure the performance of our acquisition channels and campaigns



And if it were you ?


Bac+4/5 training in Business or Communication School, specialized Master, or equivalent university training (Commerce / Management / Marketing), with experience in Marketing & Communication:

  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be at the heart of a developing corporate / start-up ecosystem, in the Marketing and Communication professions

  • You master or quickly appropriate the tools and methods for creating simple digital content (Office, consumer saaS tools on the market, etc.)

  • You are autonomous, rigorous, curious, and have good writing skills.

  • You have an easy written and oral communication and a spirit of synthesis

  • You have strong relational skills to collaborate with different member companies as well as with clients
